Cal Fran Engineering, Inc. is a licensed General Engineering Contractor in Simi Valley, California (license #701492 A&B). Additionally, we are certified by the State as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Caltrans as a Woman Owned Business Enterprise (WBE CT-026643). The company was started in 1996; however, the owners and management have over 80 years of combined experience in all phases of construction.
